Private residence inundated by water from street and storm-water backup - Gravel driveway eroded and rutted up to 22" in depth. Substantial amounts of gravel driveway were "deposited" by rushing waters into the garage and backyard. Flooding of garage,backyard and lower level after inundating waters breached entry threshold following water that geysered up from 54" West Park- Miller Drain containing the Allen Creek and filling up of the dip in North Seventh St in front of this residence
